We have compiled a list of American vehicle part manufacturers. The list includes businesses who make connecting rods, crankshafts, trailer hitches and more, right here in the USA.

We have manually verified that all of these companies produce at least one product that is made in the USA, although some of these companies might also manufacture similar products that are produced in America using domestic labor and a mix of both domestic and imported materials.

We have also included links to popular retailers where you can find and compare the latest prices, shipping costs, customer reviews, special offers and more, if available.

Callies Performance Products Ultra connecting rods are made entirely in the U.S.A. Every Ultra connecting rod is produced from specially formulated TimkenSteel 4330V steel.

This material is then precision forged in Michigan and fully machined in their Fostoria, Ohio facility.

SCAT Crankshafts produces some of the finest crankshafts and connecting rods in the world.

Their 42,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility is located in Redondo Beach, California. They house over 70 pieces of equipment, including CNC machines, rod honing machines and crankshaft polishing machines.

Torklift International manufactures the toughest and most versatile receiver hitches in the industry with tongue weight ratings up to 3,000 pounds and towing capacities up to 30,000 pounds.

Their 50,000 square foot manufacturing factory highlights state of the art, CNC and automated systems including a full R&D development center and a tow system installation retail facility.

Rating System

Our simple 'Made in USA' rating system is based on what country the parts and materials used in the assembly of the above parts are sourced.

The quality and quantity of the components are not taken into consideration.

The fact is the fewer parts a product contains, the greater likelihood of achieving a higher score.

Ultimately a high or low rating does not represent the overall quality of a particular product.

Any brands marked with a gold star shows that at least one product, or all of that companies products are made in the USA using virtually 100% domestic sourced materials & labor.

A silver star shows their products are assembled and/or machined in America using domestic labor and a mix (of any proportion) of both domestic and imported materials.

A bronze star shows that their products are assembled in the U.S. using all imported parts.

A maroon star indicates that the product is designed or engineered in the United States, and/or some of the parts have been produced domestically, but are sent elsewhere to be assembled into a final product.
