American factories and workshops still build almost every kind of vehicle: cars and pickups, motorcycles, RVs, boats, bicycles, airplanes, snowmobiles and work trucks, along with the parts that keep them running. This directory lists the companies that build them in the USA, says where each one makes what, and names the source for it.
Choose a type from the list to see every company in it. Many large brands also build some models or parts in other countries, so each listing names the US plants and notes what comes from elsewhere.
The five makers featured below come from five different sections of the directory. Featured spots are not paid for, and each company also appears, with more detail, on the page for what it makes.
