We found no coffee percolator fully made in the USA. The closest is a Connecticut company's glass stovetop percolator, assembled in Bridgeport from German glass and other parts.
A glass percolator is mostly its glass body, so where the glass is made matters most. Each listing names what is known to come from elsewhere.
Medelco makes Café Brew glass stovetop coffee percolators, pour-over coffee makers, tea kettles and universal replacement carafes for drip coffee makers, using German borosilicate glass. The second-generation, family-owned company is based in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
Medelco's About page says the Café Brew brand "is proudly manufactured by Medelco, Incorporated in Bridgeport, Connecticut," and its FAQ answers "Are Café Brew products made in the USA?" with: "Our Café Brew products are composed of foreign and domestic parts, almost all of which are assembled in our factory in Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA."
Production history: Medelco says it was founded in 1974 and is a second-generation, family-owned business; it has assembled its Café Brew products in Bridgeport since, with no change found. The percolator was in stock on its site in November 2026.
Our rough estimate: the German glass body is about 50–65% of a percolator's value.
