Most carbon bicycle frames are molded in Asia. The shops on this page lay up, mold or bond their carbon frames in the US instead, and several build each one to the rider's measurements. Their methods differ: some join carbon tubes tube to tube rather than using fixed molds, some make molds for each rider, and one builds bamboo frames alongside carbon.
Some of these shops also repair damaged carbon frames from other brands. ENVE, on the parts page, builds its made-to-order Custom Road frame in Ogden, Utah.

Good to know
Even a US-built carbon frame usually starts with carbon pre-preg and small parts, such as titanium inserts and headsets, bought from outside suppliers. What these shops do here is the design, layup, molding or bonding, and finishing.
