Most e-bike motors and batteries come from overseas suppliers, so a US-built e-bike usually means an American frame and assembly. Some American e-bike makers go further and build the motor here too.
Other American companies offer e-bikes alongside their regular lines: electric mountain bikes on the mountain bikes page, an e-assist travel bike on the folding bikes page, and electric-assist tandems.
