Titanium does not rust, holds up to years of hard riding and is usually left with a bare brushed or bead-blasted finish. It is also harder to work than steel, and much of America's titanium bike building happens in a few places. Boulder and Steamboat Springs, Colorado, are home to Moots (building since 1981), Merlin, Mosaic, Dean and Bingham Built. Seven Cycles and Firefly build in Massachusetts, and Lynskey in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
This page mixes factory brands that sell stock sizes with one-person shops that build every frame to measure. Litespeed, also titanium and also from Chattanooga, is listed on the main bicycles page with its parent company, American Bicycle Group.
Bingham Built makes custom titanium bicycles, sold as frames or complete bikes, for gravel, all-road, road, mountain, fat bike, adventure and tandem riding. Every bike is built to order with no stock sizes or set models, and finishes include bead blast, brushed and etched logos. Builder Brad Bingham worked about 15 years at Moots, then took over Kent Eriksen Cycles when Kent Eriksen retired in 2017; Bingham Built carries on that shop.

Where the titanium comes from
Some brands say their titanium tubing is sourced in the US, while others buy larger-diameter tubing from overseas mills and do the cutting, welding and finishing here. Where a company or a reliable source says which, the listing notes it.
