Waterbear Farm 2012 CSA
Once again we are preparing to grow an immense amount of certified organic produce. Garlic and green onions are overwintering, the Asparagus is mulched and the seed potatoes are developing sprouts in anticipation of planting. In the first week of march we will start hundreds of seedlings and begin the field seeding of carrots and peas. By joining our CSA program you can be sure that you are eating nutrient dense vital food that will keep you healthy and maintain a vibrant local farming economy in our region.
