Sure, I could find a way to have them mass produced abroad, but that would violate all my ethical codes. Instead, I made sure to find a wonderful local manufacturer, Vermont Wooden Box, for the Vermont pine boxes, and do all the labor of sourcing, designing and applying the lid images myself.
