The Chappell ruled 25 foot tape measure is scaled with divisions at 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1 inch and 1 foot, with .05" minor increments.

Craftsman
The Craftsman trademark was registered by Sears on May 20, 1927.
Sears has never manufactured Craftsman products itself, instead relying on other manufacturers to make the products for them following Sears designs and specifications, and then applying the Craftsman brand name.
In 2017 The Stanley Black & Decker Company purchased Craftsman.
Currently Craftsman offers 35', 30', 25' and 16' lengths of tape measures, which are still produced in New Britain, Connecticut. -
