Apex Tool's Sumter, South Carolina facility has been manufacturing tools for over 40 years. With almost 400K square feet of floor space they used to manufacture an extensive listing of Armstrong products, including, ratchets, sockets, ratcheting wrenches, universal joints, impact sockets, screwdrivers & more. In 2017 Apex closed down their Armstrong line of tools. There is still an inventory of Armstrong metric sockets available for purchase.
