Amaru Confections is Boise, Idaho’s custom cake and dessert company. Since 2000, we’ve been creating unique one-of-a-kind confections for weddings, private parties, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events and other special occasions.

Fresca
Fresca’s 82,000-square foot facility produces over two million tortillas per day on its nine production lines and ships over 1,000 truckloads and containers per year. Fresca was initially established in 1977 in a 3,000-square foot building. Over the course of three decades and six expansions, Fresca grew into our current facility. The last expansion, completed in 2006, provides adequate capacity to meet the needs of the industry’s largest customers and provides complete redundancy of all critical functions.

Zeppole Baking Company
Zeppole Baking Company opened its doors in 1993 with the goal of providing superior hand–crafted breads to the Boise Area. The company's founder, Gary Ebert, a local attorney who was tired of the legal rat race, traveled extensively throughout Europe studying Old World techniques and gathering the best rustic bread recipes for the fledgling company. He named the company "Zeppole," after a fried dough treat he discovered in Italy, although that item isn't on the menu because the bakery sells only baked, not fried, items.
