Earthborn Pottery is custom made pottery in a variety of glazes and styles. Handmade restaurant quality pottery made to order. Pfeiffer Fire Arts

All of their pottery is hand made and composed of either stoneware or porcelain. They have developed their own set of glazes, and will continue to experiment and add new glazes. While glaze development is a time consuming task they learn a great deal from it and feel it gives their pottery a distinctive look. It also gives them great flexibility in creating just the glaze you like.

Wheel Turned Pottery

Pottery made in Birmingham, Alabama by Hoover, Alabama potter Bryan Jordan. From March through November, Bryan is the resident potter at Tannehill Historical State Park, where each weekend he demonstrates throwing on the wheel, trimming and other steps in pottery making. On the fourth Saturday (April thru September) Bryan demonstrates raku firing. From March through November, Bryan is the resident potter at Tannehill Ironworks Historical State Park in McCalla, Alabama, where each weekend he demonstrates throwing on the wheel , trimming and other steps in pottery making.
