Lefse is a Norwegian bread made primarily from potatoes. Norsland Lefse is created with all natural ingredients, with no preservatives. Lefse is served in a variety of ways, but most commonly rolled up with butter and sugar. Lefse can also be used like a flour tortilla surrounding your favorite wrap ingredients. Early morning production takes place between 7 and noon, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with increased work schedules in the fall in preparation for the busy Holidays. Watch our famous lefse being made right before your eyes!

Lefse is a Scandinavian Bread which appears like a soft tortilla but is made from real potatoes (NOT potato flakes), no cholesterol oil, white enriched flour, and a dash of salt. There are no preservatives. This is the way lefse should be made, just like it came from Grandmother's kitchen.
