Opinion/Comments

As the owner of usamadeproducts.biz, I’ve been researching and cataloging American manufacturers for nearly 15 years, including fishing gear manufacturers for over 10 years. Many segments of American manufacturing have struggled to stay competitive and maintain production — especially over the last 6 years of inflation, tariffs, and economic uncertainty — outdoor companies, including fishing gear manufacturers, haven't fared as well than some. While American outdoor brands are shifting new product development overseas, they continue to manufacture many of their core models domestically.
