About Patterson Knives
I have been a knife maker since 1991,and a founding member of the Texas Knifemakers and Collectors Association. I have always been an admirer of fine blades, and being an avid hunter, I developed a desire to try and build my own style. When I visited the shop of Johnny Stout several years ago, it inspired me to become a knife maker. He taught me most of the basics that I needed to know to become a true maker. Upon my retirement, I became a full time maker. I really enjoy making knives, and I try to create a high quality blade that will please and satisfy the user, and one that I would carry for myself.
