About Chops Knives
All of our knives are Handmade right here in Chop's Shop. Custom Designed, Cutout Freehand, Ground Freehand and Built Completely by MY Hands. Because they are cutout and ground by hand no two knives are exactly alike. Each knife is unique unto itself in the entire world. We use only the best Knifemaking Materials available as well. From exotic metals to exotic handle materials, all of our suppliers are the best in the business and known around the world for their quality.
All of our Blades are Cryogenically treated and tempered to around 60 Rockwell Hardness so they're tough and hold a nice edge!!!
