American Made Work Boots

You might be asking yourself if any work boots are still made in America?, the answer is yes, and we've put together a list of brands & manufacturers, which includes large corporations and small companies.

The list includes 20 companies that produce some of the best indoor & outdoor work boots & more. 8 of these companies make some, or all of their work boots from components & materials sourced only here in America, although the other manufacturers in the list still assemble them in the USA.

We've included a few details about the manufacturers and also affiliate links to retailers where you can get the latest prices, shipping costs, customer reviews, special offers & more, where available.

Any brands marked with the gold star shows that some (or all) of their products are made in the USA using all domestic sourced parts. The silver icon shows their products are assembled in America using both domestic and imported parts, and the bronze icon shows that their products are assembled in the U.S. using all imported parts.

Also, just because a particular brand above indicated that their boots are made from global materials, you should not automatically assume that they might not include any domestic components at all. Often times a manufacturer will source their materials from multiple outside suppliers, and sometimes some of those 'global' sources will include materials from the US. One example are the Vibram lugs used on many types of outdoor work boots, which are made by one company who produces them in the US, Italy & Brazil.

Overall the above 20 work boot brands scored a combined rating of 77.5%100 'Made in America'.

Many businesses alter their brand names, manufacturing practices or product designs with little or no notice, so if there are questions that still remain, we suggest contacting the manufacturer directly.
