Blackberry Farm

Blackberry Farm is a rare collection of artisans - the chef, the master gardener, the baker, the cheese maker, the forger, the butcher, the jam lady, the chocolatier, the restaurant manager, the sommelier - who blend their unique talents to create what our guests know as Blackberry Farm.

Bonnie Blue Farm

We create farmstead cheeses from the milk produced by our herd of Nubian and Saanen dairy goats and our prized Jersey cows, Eileen & her daughter Brie. Dairy life requires endless work and attention to detail to achieve quality results in the finished cheeses.

Noble Springs Dairy

Noble Springs Dairy is a Grade A Goat Dairy and Artisanal Goat Cheese making operation that was licensed in 2009. The dairy farm is just 6 miles from downtown Franklin, TN.

Every drop of milk that goes into our products is derived from the natural forages that our goats enjoy on the farm. Our cheeses have distinct flavor that is due to the unlimited pasture grazing and special care our animals receive.

Sequatchie Cove Creamery

Nestled in a cove on the floor of the picturesque Sequatchie Valley, Sequatchie Cove Creamery produces farmstead cheese using time honored European traditions with a distinctly Southern flair. Our cheeses are made using the raw milk from cows who spend every waking moment on grass, letting the expression of the land shine through in its flavors. Fresh forage, sunlight, Tennessee mountain air, a good bit of science, and a dash of artistry are the tools we rely on daily.

Sweetwater Valley Farm

While today’s Sweetwater Valley Farm cheese is produced in a state-of-the-art facility, owner John Harrison has preserved the fine art and craft of making cheese in the traditional farmstead manner in which we control the process from cow to consumer in order to create high-quality cheddar cheese.

The Bloomy Rind

The Bloomy Rind, located inside Porter Road Butcher in East Nashville, specializes in cut-to-order American artisan cheeses. A wide variety of unique, handcrafted cheeses fill the case, and we are here to help you pick out the perfect wedge or arrange an incredible platter for your event.
